Terms & Conditions – It’s Friday
By purchasing a service from It’s Friday, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to keep expectations clear, timelines respected, and the working relationship smooth for both sides.
1. Revisions
If revisions are included in your package, you’re welcome to request them within the timeline provided. Revisions must align with the original project scope. Anything beyond that may require an additional fee.
2. Payment Terms
A 60% payment is required to begin your project. The remaining 40% is due within 30 calendar days, regardless of project status. Your project will not begin until the initial payment is received. Final deliverables will not be handed over until full payment is made.
3. Project Timeline
Your service will be delivered within 90 business days from the date full payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If an expedited timeline is needed, this must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all content, logins, access, and direction needed to complete your project.
If you fail to provide requested materials or communication within 5 business days, your timeline will shift.
You are also responsible for covering the cost of any third-party tools, stock imagery, software, or platforms needed for your project (unless otherwise specified in your package).
5. Additional Costs
Unless clearly stated, service packages do not include third-party tools, plugins, platforms, or stock assets. If any outside resources are required to complete your project, you'll be notified and responsible for the cost before work can continue.
6. Scope & Extra Work
Each service includes a defined scope. If you request something beyond what's included, we'll let you know and send a quote. Work outside of scope will not be started without approval and payment.
7. Ownership
Upon full payment and final delivery, you own the finished product. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Communication
All communication must take place via email or the designated project platform. DMs or texts are not used for project management.
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm [Your Timezone]. We respond during those hours only.
9. Respect Policy
We work with mutual respect and professionalism. Any behavior involving harassment, aggressive language, or discriminatory remarks will result in the project being paused or terminated without refund. We reserve the right to end a project if respect is not upheld on both sides.
10. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Booking a service reserves time, energy, and resources. Please review your purchase carefully. If revisions are included in your package, those are your opportunity to fine-tune the final product.
11. Paused or Abandoned Projects
Clear and timely communication is necessary for success. If we don’t hear from you:
After 48 hours of no response: Your project is subject to a new completion date.
After 5 business days: The project will likely be delayed.
After 14 calendar days: The project will be marked as closed, with no refund issued.
A reactivation fee may be required to resume the project. A new timeline will be established if the project is restarted.
